Joseph Benke is the founder and principal attorney of Benke Law Firm, PLLC, where his passion for justice and client advocacy drives every aspect of his practice. Before establishing The Benke Law Firm, Mr. Benke served as a Litigation Attorney at a prestigious national law firm. During his tenure, he specialized in Insurance Defense, Professional Negligence, Products Liability, and Property Law. This role provided him with a deep understanding of the legal strategies employed by insurance companies and their tactics in defending against claims.

Mr. Benke’s expertise extends beyond defense work. He spent five years as a Managing Personal Injury Attorney at a renowned personal injury firm, where he honed his skills in advocating for clients who have suffered due to negligence. His extensive experience in handling personal injury cases allows him to approach each case with both precision and empathy.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Benke also served as the Senior Legal Secretary at a major insurance company for nearly six years. This role provided him with an insider's perspective on the inner workings of the insurance industry, further enriching his ability to navigate complex cases.

In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Benke interned with The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education. There, he played a crucial role in providing low-income families and individuals with affordable legal services. He also contributed to pro-bono estate planning services for first responders, showcasing his commitment to giving back to the community.

He graduated cum laude from Arizona Summit Law School in 2017 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies from National Paralegal College.

Outside of his legal career, Mr. Benke has been married since 2008 and is a father of two. His personal experiences with marriage and family life give him a unique understanding of the challenges faced by clients in family law matters. In his leisure time, Mr. Benke enjoys boating at local Arizona lakes, watching movies, and playing guitar.
